Refund policy

At Sorra, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work to make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time.
