Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Sorra is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
